Holding Hands

a little bit about us...

Here at Home and Happy, we see the value in everyone, no matter their age. We established this nonprofit in 2022 to fill the gaps insurance creates with their lack of coverage and assistance. We understand how difficult it can be to transition from a child, friend or family member into a caregiver for a loved one. We understand hospitals, transfers, discharges and skilled nursing facilities can be confusing and overwhelming. We understand that everyone deserves a chance to stay safe in their own home for as long as possible to live their best life possible.
